SUPPLY  CHAIN  PROJECT  LEAD

Continuous Process Improvement: Identified process efficiencies using root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and cycle

time compression to pinpoint non-value added steps and implement quick win solutions. Reduced expenses by identifying

$2.4M/year order error and identified inventory dead waste of $2.8M

Project Management: Improving lead time and overall profits by piloting an integrated order packaging project between

supplies, customers, warehouse and buyers. Drove operational excellence leveraging strong communication skills to explain

complex information to multifunctional audiences with differing levels of technical comprehension.

AGRIUM WHOLESALE, Carseland, Alberta, 2013
PROCESS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT CO-OP STUDENT

Process Improvement: Identified and recommended effective solutions to complex business challenges by reviewing
technical changes , concisely summarizing alterations, verifying field work, and managing change of P&ID designs.
Process Analysis: Applied knowledge of applicable regulations to enhance learned environmental safety behaviours and
compliance by eliminating hundreds of safety concerns. Identified and proposed attainable changes to improve process safety

PERMOLEX LTD., Red Deer, Alberta, 2012
PROCESS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT CO-OP STUDENT

Research and Development: Employed knowledge of product synthesis, process scale-up, and continuous improvement to
study existing operational processes for three main operations producing fuel ethanol, wheat gluten, and bakery flour.
Experimental Simulation: Researched new technologies, processes, and concepts that has potential for revamping existing
problems; Simulating separation idea with laboratory experiments to study the effect of potential solution designed to
increase value of waste streams
